Each apartment has its own allocated enclosed garage and cellar.

Apartments can be purchased or rented out.

  All apartments are equipped with:-

  • Kitchen (hot-plates, refrigerator, extractor fan and cupboards).
  • Radiators or Hot & Cold air conditioning.
  • Bathroom and Toilet.
  • Balcony.
  • Intercom to reception.
  • Emergency cords in each room, connected to reception.
  • Cable.

Apartments purchased can be modernized as required, (some have all ready been modernized). See below for an example
of the 3 types of apartments, NB: These have been modernized and give you an example of what you can do.
