• The reception desk is manned 24/7, ( Receptionist 8.00am - 8.00pm and a
  night guard 8.00pm - 8.00am ).


• Mail is delivered to your own personal mail box on the ground floor.


• Newspapers can be delivered to your apartment on request.


• A weekly laundry service is available.


• There are garbage disposal chutes on each floor, larger items can be left in the
  rubbish bins in the basement.

• There are CCTV cameras on the front entrance and garage entrance, monitored at the reception desk.


• The front door is locked at night, (and on occasions when
  the receptionist has to leave her post). An entrance code
  allows residence access on these occasions.


• Fire alarms are fitted throughout the building. The fire
  service is kept up to date with floor plans and evacuation
  routes.

• All staff, (including the cleaner and maintenance man),
  have had First Aid training.


• All rooms are equipped with an emergency cord linked
  directly to the reception desk, on activation there will be
  an immediate response to your apartment.


• The residence has its own visiting doctor, (or residents
  can register with numerous doctors in the area).


• There are 3 hospitals in close proximity to the residence
  in case of emergency.
